「ヤバイ、、、足が痙りそう。」開始20分ぐらいの出来事でした。
先月、大阪でフットサルをしました。自分がプレーするのは、約1年ぶり。今年に入ってから週末、息子と一緒にサッカーをしているとはいえ、全力で走ったり、蹴ったりしているわけではないので、全然動くことができませんでした。
息子に教えている以上、自分もある程度プレーできるようになっておこうと、前々から考えていました。ちょうど会社の仲間から、「今週、フットサルあるんですがどうですか？」とグッドタイミングで誘いがありました。参加するしかありません。久しぶりのフットサルです。楽しみ半分、本当に動けるのか？不安を抱えて当日に望みました（それまでに運動したり、準備はしませんでした。）
その結果、試合が始まって20分ぐらいで足をつりかけました。「えっ早から？」自分でもビックリ。「あ、、、痛てて。」このまま次走ったらつる。それからは、ゴールキーパーをしたり、休んではフィールドでプレーしたりしました。
小学校の頃からサッカーをやっていましたが、全然思ったようにプレーできず、テクニックの1つも披露することもできませんでした。そりゃ〜そうですよね。まともに動けないので（悔しいですが、コイツ下手くそやな。と思われたかもしれません。）
今回のフットサルで、普段から運動して基礎体力・筋力を鍛えておく必要があるな〜と実感しました。1年ぶりにやって以前のように動こうとしている自分が間違いでした。やっぱ基礎体力って重要ですね。
トレードで基礎体力にあたるのって、何だろう？
そこで、トレードでこの基礎体力にあたるのは何だろうって考えてみました。う〜ん、、、相場は、需要と供給のバランスで出来ている。買う人が売る人より多ければ、価格は上がる。売る人が買う人より多ければ、価格は下がる。これが相場の本質なら、それをチャート上で把握するのがトレードの基礎体力の部分かな〜と。
じゃ、チャート上でそれを把握するにはどうすればいいの？ってことになると思います。それは、多くの投資家・トレーダーが、どこで買っているのか？売っているのか？その人達は、どこで手仕舞ってくるのか？さらに、どこから買い・売り注文を入れてくるのか？など、投資家の行動をチャート上で読み解く力を磨くのが、基礎体力を磨くことになるんじゃない？と考えました。
そのために必要なのが、ダウを把握して、毎日高安値にラインを引くこと。もちろん、ただ闇雲に高安値にラインを引けばいいというものでもないでしょう。それだとチャート上がラインだらけになって、投資家の行動を考えることなんて出来ませんよね。なので、いかに多くの投資家が意識しているラインを引けるかが重要になってきます。
その力、、、毎日、ダウを認識して有効に働くラインを引く力を毎日磨き続けるのが、トレーダーにとっての基礎体力にあたるんじゃないかなと思いました。
毎日、トレードの基礎体力を磨いておきましょう。でないと、いくらテクニックや知識があったとしても、そもそも、それを使うことができません。僕のフットサルのように、、、
