なんだかすごく寒いです。
あ、風邪をひいているとかそういう事ではなく（笑）
ただ単に一気に気温が下がっただけの話です。
あと数日するとまた元に戻るようですが、
私の地元だけではなく全国的に寒波が押し寄せているようで
皆さんも風邪をひかないようお気をつけください。
さて。
最近、セミナーなどで皆さんとお会いした時に
尋ねられることをランキングにすると・・・。
１位：トレードの技術的なこと
２位：資産運用全般の話（主に不動産）
３位：仮想通貨（主にビットコイン）
４位：保険のこと
５位：スケジューリングについて
こんな感じです。
１、２位については以前から変わりませんね。
まぁ、トレードコンサル&コーチングを
やらせてもらっているので当然と言えば当然ですが。
２、３位にこれらのテーマが
入ってきているのは時流ですね。
仮想通貨についてはおいておいて、、、
保険については
「無料で相談に乗る
ファイナンシャルプランナーの方はなぜ無料なの？
本当のところはどうなの？」
こんな感じの質問が多いのですが、内容についてはここでは触れません。
で、やはり驚きなのは「５位：スケジューリングについて」です。
普通のトレードに関するセミナーではスケジュール管理、時間管理について
まず話題になることはないテーマですよね（笑）
これは私が直接コーチングをさせていただいたクライアントさんや、
私のオンラインコーチングでしっかり行動を起こされている方が
セミナーに多く参加しているから、
「目標達成に必要な行動を実際にちゃんと行っているからこそ、ぶつかる壁」
として質問・相談されるということなのです。
このテーマが５位にランクインしているということは
少なからずトレーダーの方に私のコーチングが影響を与えている。
という事にもなりますので、正直嬉しいです。
そこで、スケジューリングについて触れておきたいのですが
とても奥が深いので紙面上の都合もあり、今日はワンポイントだけです。
スケジューリングに関する質問でよく聞かれるのが、
「どのようなツールでスケジュール管理するのが良いか？」です。
ツールというのが、今の時代なので２トップが「手帳」と
YahooやGoogleなどの「オンラインカレンダー」となります。
「オンライン手帳」などもありますが、
やはりこの２つが圧倒的に強いですね。
ほとんどの場合はこれら２トップのどちらを使うのが良いか？
という質問に集約されます。
で、「どのツール（どちらのツール）を使うのが良いか？」という
質問に対する私の回答ですが、2017年時点の私の答えは
「使う本人が優秀であればどちらでも良い」
「やるべき事をやる、重要な事を忘れないのならどちらでも良い」
となります。
拍子抜けするかもしれませんが、実際にそうなんです。
実は私も数年前までは「手書きの手帳の方が良い」と思っていました。
それはその時点では、オンラインカレンダーを使っている方の方が
「約束を忘れる場面が多かった」から
「やっぱり手で書かなければダメなんだろう」なんて
「明確な根拠もないまま」結論づけていました。
しかし、コーチの立場で原則に基づき
「結果ベース」で物事を見る機会が増えてから
「結果を出している方が手書きの手帳であるとは限らない」
という事に気がつきました。
つまり、言い換えると
「オンラインであろうが手書きであろうが
結果を出せればどちらでも良い」
訳で、
「その人のスキルが、まだ結果を出せないステージであれば、
手書きにしたからといって結果が出る訳ではない」
という事です。
なので、、、
どのようなツールを使ってスケジューリングすれば結果が出るのか？
ではなく、
自分の環境であればどのようなツールを使えばより結果が出やすいか？
と質問を変えた方が良いと思います。
ちなみに私はフランクリンプランナーの
「オーガナイザー」の「小さい方」を使っています。
理由は、電波の届かない海、山、川どこでも開けて
積み上げていく小さなゴールの順番が確認できるから。
ですね。
そろそろ12月なので手書き手帳を使う方は
忘れないように来年の準備をしてくださいね。
